Our Commitment to Timely Delivery

Clowdercats.com works with global merchants to provide you with the best prices and a unique worldwide shopping experience. This means your order is shipped from global regions such as Thailand, Vietnam, US, China, India, etc.

Due to direct shipping from our international partners, it may take 1–2 weeks for your order to arrive. We kindly ask for your patience; rest assured, your item is on its way.

While we aim to deliver goods within the timeframe specified by us, we cannot guarantee / accept liability for deliveries made outside this timeframe. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Order processing time is 2–3 business days. Once the order is processed, tracking number generation usually takes 3–7 business days. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or if the tracking status is “unavailable” within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your tracking number, please email us at support@clowdercats.com.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:

For some shipping companies, it takes 5–7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us by email: support@clowdercats.com.

SHIPPING DELAYS:

Shipping time is an estimate and commences from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED:

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet, while the tracking status shows it as delivered, you should contact the carrier to locate your package, as we no longer have control over it once it is with the carrier. However, if problems persist, please email us at support@clowdercats.com; we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that there are some unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays, which we cannot control, and also some delays if there is an upcoming public holiday.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the original carrier to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor are we liable for any extra charges, customs fees, or back-end charges incurred.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped, a refund can only be processed once the product has been returned to us.
• Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending on the type, quantity, and weight of the item(s) in your order, we may package and ship them in multiple parcels. There will be no charge for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount displayed at checkout.
• We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details at checkout; if the shipping information is not corrected within the stipulated time, the store policy applies. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please email us as soon as possible.
